Processing: After order confirmation, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process it. During the week, it usually takes just one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Delivery: Once your order is processed and dispatched, the average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. (Please note: Deliveries to remote areas in Canada, such as the Territories or rural regions, may occasionally take slightly longer).

Placing an Order The checkout process at Sophie Montreal is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Please ensure you have selected the correct variants (size, color, etc.). If everything is correct, click on "Checkout".
On the information page, you must enter your details and shipping address. Make sure all information is completely accurate. Once everything is properly filled out, click the "Continue to shipping" button.
On the shipping page, you will have the opportunity to review the entered details. This is also where we confirm that shipping for your order is completely free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping costs across Canada. You can now proceed by clicking "Continue to payment".
